This voltage translator/line redriver can address voltage-domain mismatches and boost signals in long-cabling transmission applications.

The TXB0604 leverages a patented design to achieve high data throughput for memory-intensive interfaces, such as Quad-SPI, between BMC and Flash devices, without signal integrity losses caused by excessive output parasitic capacitance. The A port is designed to track VCCA and accepts a supply voltage of 0.9V to 2V. The B port is designed to track VCCB and accepts a supply voltage of 1.65V to 3.6V.

When the OE input is low, all outputs are placed in the high-impedance state. To ensure a high-impedance state during power-down or power-up, OE must be tied to GND via a pulldown resistor. The driver’s current-sourcing capability determines the minimum value of the resistor. The Texas Instruments TXB0604 is designed so that the OE input circuit is supplied by VCCA.

Features

1. 0.9V to 2V on A port and 1.65V to 3.6V on B port

2. Supports high-speed interfaces such as QSPI, OSPI, eSPI

3. No direction control signal needed

4. The VCC isolation feature is that if either VCC input is at GND, all outputs are in the high-impedance state

5. Schmitt-trigger inputs allow for slow or noisy inputs

6. Output enable (OE) input circuit referenced to VCCA

7. IOFF supports partial power-down mode operation

8. Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, Class II

ADI Authorized Distributor , Components Authorized Distributor, TOP1 China PCBA manufacture, TI Authorized Distributor, MACOM Authorized Distributor , XILINX Authorized Distributor, ALTERA Authorized Distributor, HKin.com, HKinventory.com ,Murata Authorized Distributor, AVX Authorized Distributor,FPV flight control unit.Official website address:https://www.addcomponents.hk/

[1

post-3099","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
