Inspect all housing seals and gaskets for tiny cracks, flattened spots, or trapped debris that could prevent a tight, leak-free seal when you put the unit back together. Align the cleaned filter element in the exact orientation you noted during disassembly, then place the access cover back onto the housing and tighten the fasteners gently in the same staggered crisscross pattern you used to loosen them. Once all fasteners are snug, open the flow valves slowly, restore system power, and run a short test circulation cycle to check for any leaks around the housing edges before returning the equipment to full production operation.
